All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
The courier used for each order is automatically selected by our system based on factors such as parcel size, weight, and destination. It is not possible to manually select or change the courier once an order has been placed.
 
UK Delivery Options and Charges
The following UK delivery services are available:
  • 24 Hour Tracked Delivery: £6.95
  • 48 Hour Tracked Delivery: £3.80
  • Free 24 Hour Tracked Delivery on orders over £65
Delivery timescales are estimates and apply from the point of dispatch.
 
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations using Parcelforce Worldwide.
International shipping is charged at a flat rate based on destination:
  • Europe Tracked Delivery: £14.95
  • Rest of World Tracked Delivery: £24.95
Delivery times for international orders are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs processes, and local carrier handling.
 
Customs Duties and Taxes
For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, local taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient directly to the courier or local customs authority.
If customs charges are refused, unpaid, or not responded to, the parcel may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier. In such circumstances, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
 
International Deliveries and Customer Contact Details
For international orders, we are required to provide the recipient’s telephone number and email address to the courier.
These details may be used by the courier or their local delivery partner to contact the recipient regarding delivery, customs clearance, or payment of import duties and taxes.
Failure to respond to courier or customs requests may result in delivery delays, returned parcels, or destruction of the goods.
 
International Tracking Information
For international deliveries, tracking may be transferred to a local carrier once the parcel reaches the destination country.
Tracking updates may be limited or delayed during customs processing. In some cases, tracking information may no longer update once the parcel is held by local customs authorities or a third party carrier.
 
Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day hassle free returns policy on UK orders.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
 
Conditions of Return
  • Items must be returned in a saleable condition unless faulty.
  • Items should be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.
How to Return an Item (UK Orders)
We provide a free returns service via our Royal Mail returns portal. Customers can generate a prepaid returns label using the link below:
Instructions are provided within the portal to complete the return.
All returns must include the original order paperwork enclosed within the parcel. If the original paperwork has been lost or destroyed, customers must include their order number, as shown on the original order confirmation email, along with a brief reason for returning the item.
Returns received without sufficient order information may be delayed.
 
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Free returns labels are not provided for international orders.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges paid on international orders are non‑refundable.
 
Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of the return for the refund to be processed.
Additional Information
  • UK free returns apply only when the prepaid returns label is used.
  • If a prepaid returns label is not used, the customer is responsible for ensuring the return is securely packaged and sent using a tracked service.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or delayed when returned using an alternative method.
