Returning/Exchanging when you’ve changed your mind.
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, we do offer an easy returns policy to help you find the right product, please find the conditions below.
- The product must be returned unused with its complete packaging, any evidence that shows wear or packaging damage leaving it unsellable will result in the product being returned to the customer.
- Include a note detailing your order number and a reason for your exchange/return so that we can handle it promptly.
- The customer is responsible for the safe return to our Birmingham address, please note we must receive this within 30 days of the customer receiving the product to process a refund/exchange.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of the acknowledged return of the goods.
Returning/Exchanging if we are at fault.
Sometimes mistakes happen, if you have received an item that is incorrect, and you believe we are at fault please follow the process below.
- Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and reason for your return, please include pictures where necessary.
- By return, we will send you a free shipping label. Please note, we do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than our preferred courier service.
- Please complete and include the form you received with your order with your returned items, if the form is missing or lost, please include a note with the delivery detailing your order number and return reason.
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
- Send the parcel via your nearest Royal Mail drop off location.
- Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, an exchange/refund will be issued within 10 business days, and you will receive confirmation via email.
- Refunds are for the value of the item at the time of purchase.
