A waterproof rucksack cover which takes up very little space in your bag but covers your entire rucksack if you get caught in the rain. The cover comes with it%27s own stuff sack for convenient storage and is very small and lightweight to fit into any small pocket. The covers elasticated edge fits over your rucksack with out covering the shoulder straps.
The HMTC has been designed to compliment both MultiCam and MTP uniform and equipment.
